We have categorized our offered products in a simple and easy to use manner. Even if you cannot find what you’re looking for, you can always search for it by simply writing it in the “Search” field and click on the “Search” button.

Our e-shop will direct you to the products relating to your search words.

Every product has a field in which you can enter the quantity of it you wish to order.

Once you do that, click on the “basket” icon and the quantity you entered will be added to your shopping basket. You can repeat this process as many times as you wish adding more items. When you finish your shopping, click the “Complete order” button.

This will take you to your complete basket view, where you can review your order, modify quantities, remover or even add more items if you so wish.

When you are happy with your basket, click on the “Checkout” button in order to be transferred to the shipment and payment methods pages.

Orders received until 14:00 are shipped within 2-3 working days. Transit time varies country to country. Please take a look at the table below to find the days it will take for your order to arrive to you.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, including the tracking number so that you can follow it up if you want.

 

Yes! The extra charge for remote destinations is €2.00.

They will be requested from you by the courier as a cash payment. Otherwise we can leave the package at the central station and you can pick it up from there.

There will also be a telephone update.

Products will be shipped to the address specified by each customer during the order procedure. Shipment costs will be charged to the customer, and will be specified during the ordering process.

BOX NOW: Select the Automatic Machine (locker) that is most convenient for you and your order will be sent there. Via email or SMS you will receive all the necessary information and your PIN number to collect your order. Go to the selected spot, insert your PIN and a locker will open so as you receive your parcel. The Automatic Machines operate 24/7 and so you will be able to collect your order any time you like. Easy, quickly and economically.

BOX NOW service can receive parcels of specific volume and weight. If the service is not available when you complete your order, it means that either the volume or the weight has been exceeded.

DHL Economy: A service that covers the European Union by road and is the most economical solution for your shipments. Deliveries are made within 5 working days.
The countries covered are: San Marino, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Greece, Estonia, United Kingdom (England), Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic and Finland.

DHL Express: Service to Europe with a delivery time of 1-3 working days.

DHL Express Worldwide: Service only for United Kingdom (England) with a delivery time of 2-3 working days.

Delivery times are indicative of both services. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the accessibility of the place of delivery as well as the day of the week.
