From the olive groves of the Akrotiri Peninsula in Chania, we collect exclusively the fruit of the Koroneiki variety, which is recognised by the International Olive Council as a world heritage variety.

The fruit is transported on the same day from the field to the mill using only plastic boxes and jute sacks, which are carefully placed so as to avoid stacking and ensure adequate ventilation.

The fruit is cold-pressed immediately after harvesting, following specifications that ensure an excellent product.

The result is extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, with high nutritional value, unaltered beneficial ingredients, rich aroma, slightly spicy and fruity flavour.

2. DIOTERRA Pure Raw Honey – Wild Forest Honey 250gr

Wild Forest Honey with a delicate aroma and a soft rosin flavor.

It is harvested from a green forest, rich in pine trees, fir trees, oak trees and aromatic plants that grow on Mount Erymanthos in Achaia, in an area unspoiled and rich in biodiversity protected by the Natura 2000 Network, away from organized and intensive crops.

Available in its purest form: 100% natural, unhealthy and unfiltered, without pasteurization, preservatives and impurities with other honey. It keeps all its nutritional benefits, yeast enzymes and antioxidants, its antibacterial and anti-allergic action.

Sundried herbed tomatoes are turned into a tasty pate with Greek olive oil. It’s the perfect Greek appetiser to enjoy in salads, pasta sauces or as a dip.

5. Traditional Flomari Lemnos 400gr

From fresh cow’s pasteurized Lemnos milk, free-range eggs and wheat flour with its semolina from hard grains of the Poriazi family. Non-genetically modified product Low salt content

Ingredients: without preservatives, from Lemnos flour

Flomari is the traditional Limnio pasta which, unlike most, is not made from semolina but from Lemnos flour. It is used in different versions traditionally either with Roasted Rooster, with snails or as a garnish, with sauce or in cold salads.
