- It can be kept out of the refrigerator for up to one week in the winter months and 4-5 days in the summer months. That is why it is absolutely safe to transport it outside the refrigerator.
- To obtain a better texture, once you receive it, put it in the fridge and let it freeze well for 24 hours.
