We have discovered the Cocoa culture in South America where we trained in the production of home chocolate. Today, in Athens, our laboratory specializes in cocoa processing and chocolate production from cocoa biofuels followed by equal marketing policies. Our journey starts with the examination of granular grains to determine the type of baking.
This process reveals the aromas and flavor of each seed.
Then the confidence of each recipe writes a story...
The ingredients are then ground in granite petal for 36 hours. Chocolate completes with the magic process called "choking" chocolate. Finally, the bars are placed in a biodegradable shell of wood and are hand-packed in recyclable papers with respect to mother nature.
